We ‘should’ eat it in moderation, but never do.
I love it. I think about it, dream about it, and not just eating it, but cooking it, creating it and my favourite part of all....decorating it.
To me, it is a love and a passion brought about by a family of food lovers and a flair for design which saw me embrace this love and become a qualified pastry chef.
15 years later and my love affair is still as strong today as ever, maybe more so.
I now design and build delicious masterpieces from my beautiful Hunter Valley kitchen with each one made with an exquisite attention to detail.
One of the key ingredients I put into everything we produce is - Communication. We pride ourselves on really listening to you – our client – and ensuring that the final product will not only meet, but exceed expectations.
